We are looking for a Junior HR Consultant to support and grow Finzo’s People & Culture function.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone eager to learn, adapt quickly, and contribute across multiple HR areas.
You will assist in managing recruitment processes, support employee onboarding and engagement initiatives, help maintain HR documentation and policies, and contribute to building a positive and efficient workplace culture. You’ll also collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth communication, compliance, and overall people operations.
This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to grow within a fast-paced environment while gaining real-world HR experience.
